ROTOSCOPE SHOWCASE

(01) Zeidruck / Short film

Drawing inspiration from live-action film. This project was born after a short film where
I fully shot, styled, and edited.
In a subsequent phase, I revisited my clips with some friends (Ilaria Mantovani and Chiara Cordini).
Together, we incorporated special effects using vibrant colors, contrasting with
the dark and eerie photography of the original short film.

(02) The beat of Candomblè / Fashion Animation

These animations were commisioned by Elisa Bertolina, Fashion Designer Graduate from
NABA - Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, Milano.

The collection is based on the reinterpretation of the Candomblé costume,
an Afro-Brazilian ritual that mixes ancient animistic religions and Catholic elements.

Originally, the ritual was characterized by an dramatic dance that brought together
African slaves and their descendants, while now the dance is accompanied by
a more powerful rhythm dictated by the drums.

(03) Basta che se ne parli / Music Video

Commissioned Work for Giulia Cancedda, also known as Cance, an Italian songwriter and singer.
The song delves into the issues surrounding social media among both teenagers and adults.
To bring a unique twist to the music video, my team and I decided to introduce "freak animals"
and create humorous caricatures of them, amplifying the social complexities portrayed in the song.
